Hello, I need some help with a function while building a Retell AI voice agent. I am using a Make.com webhook as a tool, but I’m struggling with the prompting logic. Currently, when the agent triggers the API call, there is a long silence (about 4-5 seconds) while the tool processes the data. I want the agent to inform the user by saying something like, 'Let me check that for you, one moment,' before it initiates the API call. Right now, it just goes silent, which creates an awkward experience. Has anyone dealt with this or found a way to trigger a filler phrase before the tool execution?
