Introduction
Sooo, it took 56 yrs to decide to get healthy and fit!! I saw Matt online and thought I want to do that. So here I am! Just started and so far so good. I’m a blank slate so hopefully I can learn something!! 🤣 I’m very happy to be here and want to dive right in!!

Good job!!👏🏻 I hear you my meals look alittle messed up when I think I’m getting a lot of protein it logs the opposite ! It’s messy and definitely trying to get better at this ! You’re not alone ! We’re all trying here !
