This is part of our own system reset after months of traveling and eating badly. For the challenge, we’ve included a 24-hour fast on mondays, option, but as always, listen to your body: ✨ Start with a 16-hour fast if that feels better ✨ Push for 24 hours if you’re ready ✨ Or join us for 1, 2, or even the full 3-day water fast! This is YOUR journey—do it your way, but don’t shy away from challenging yourself.
