Thanks Cherene for your vids! I just bought 3 bins from Home Depot! My coconut coir is in the mail (I used all of mine up) and I'm excited to set up their new home tomorrow!

First precompost bin!
Just finished my first precompost bin! I didn't have window mesh so I used styrofoam - hoping that's okay. Anyone know if it's ok if I put this outside to help it heat up faster?

@Cherene Packard Thank you for the tip! Google told me that there should be holes but I will definitely poke some more just in case. I didn't know that about the microbes! Thanks for letting me know.
