Sorry guys, I got sick and pretty much fell off the wagon Friday and Saturday... left work early and didn't get in my Hard tasks or gym time. I ate really clean and will log that in the app and I got plenty of water and some extra rest. Feeling good today and will get back to it all Monday. Talk to everyone on the call tonight at 7MST!
Hard Task done - I got out of bed, Hard Task 2 done - push-ups and sits completed, NO cold shower this morning lol, and I did not wake up early, WATER - YES, I downloaded the Cronometer and StepUp Pedometer apps... I will get them going tomorrow!
Got my Hard Task in, water, walking, watched the video and read the nutrition post... had a death in the family, my cousin up the street from us, so I was with them instead of in the gym.
@Wayne Fonoimoana Thank you JR, you're absolutely right... life doesn't slow down for anything. Exercise helps me distress and work off frustration, sadness, etc. It's one of my therapies, so I appreciate your encouragement even when it's hard. Especially when it's hard.
