Practicing a sport that you like, instead of doing exercises because you ‘have to’, makes accomplishing physical health way easier. I enjoy hitting the weights often, but that doesn’t mean I don’t try others sports once in a while. I love joining people I know on a free lesson with their sport to diversify my sports portfolio and see what I like to do for exercise, and you should try that too!
What is the nr. 1 thing that drags you out of bed every moring? Is it something you promised yourself? Or something you have to show someone else? Whatever it is, keep that energy going! There is nothing worse for your existence than rotting in bed without a purpose. So make sure you write down your mission and get after it!
I've been very busy with work, study and life the last time. In this chaos and lack of time, I still started this community I've been working on since it's launch. This is a good reminder that no matter how busy you are, or how hard you work, you can always push harder. Work so hard, that no one can outwork you. If you don't, you don't want it enough. Stay hard and keep grinding!💪
