The Outcome isn’t the Mission
For years, I measured my worth by outcomes. My self-worth was tied to results. If I wasn’t hitting the mark, shame would creep in. It became a rollercoaster; The goalposts kept moving, and it was never enough. I was trying to control the uncontrollables. And it was killing my peace. But the real shift came when I stopped chasing results and started becoming the man who produces them. The outcome isn’t the mission. Becoming the man is. I focused on my inputs; Discipline. Integrity. Faith. And the results started to follow. Not because I forced them; but because I aligned with them. Focus on the being. Honor the doing. Let the results follow.
