Hi all, I'm trying some new things to help my customers and clients. I will be offering some of my airtable interfaces as templates they can use in their own business. How do I get them access so they can copy it to their account, without adding them as a user in my account?

I've been using airtable for around 3 years now. I was in a certification program and she showed us how she uses it with her team and my brain felt like it exploded. It did everything I wanted my chaotic google sheets to do LOL NOW? I went through that insane certification process and I'm ready to make my interfaces do more and more. I'm looking forward to gleaming info from all of you here. Don't forget, just because something you do with airtable is a no-brainer, doesn't mean everyone has learned it yet.

I've been asking Chatgpt to help for like an hour and it's not working. I'm hoping it's super simple of course lol I have an interface with 4 bases for managing my online event participants. When they submit an interest form, I want the automation to check to see if they are already on the contacts base. Action 1 - If they are on the contacts base I want it to update their list size and also add which event they submitted for. (using update record) Action 2 - If they are not on the contact form then I want it to put the info over there. (I think I have this one set-up) I am only getting invalid inputs as I'm trying to set up action 1. I have a feeling it's the Record ID spot that is the issue. Nothing ChatGPT is telling me is what is there for me to click lol I've been at this for a couple of hours so I'm going to step away from the computer. But let me know if it's easier for me to go video. I can do that first thing in the morning PT.
