Question about per-user access controls
I'm looking at setting up Dojo Workspace for my family and wanted to understand how access control works before I do. Two of the accounts would be for my nieces, one is 13 and one is 21. I'd like the 21-year-old's account to have full access, but I need the 13-year-old's account restricted from generating adult or mature multimedia content. A few questions: 1. Can permissions be set per user, or does everyone in a workspace share the same settings? 2. Is there a content filter or safety setting that blocks adult/mature image and video generation on a specific account? 3. Can an admin lock those settings so the user can't turn them off themselves? 4. What's your minimum age under the terms of service, is 13 eligible at all? Thanks for your help

Hi, - Access control is license-based, so each user can have different permissions. - Admins can restrict and lock mature image and video generation. - Dojo Workspace requires users to be 18 or older. The 21-year-old is eligible, but the 13-year-old is not. Best, Dojo Workspace Support

The video is great. Did Dojo created the whole things? Which Model ? what API?

Thanks Tim, I love this one. Dojo didn’t invent the underlying AI models. Dojo is the product & the workspace - the app, the workflows, the mentoring layer, the multimedia studio, Lane Assist, etc. Dojo was built so you can use AI to ship real work. Models / APIs: Dojo is multi-model. You connect any providers and choose models for the job (coding, chat, image, video, voice). It’s not locked to one mystery model. So: models = the engines. Dojo = the car + the driving instructor. If you want the practical version: which task are you thinking about first (code vs image/video vs tutoring)? Honest answer, Sam: Dojo itself runs on desktop - Mac, Windows, and Linux. That’s the full workspace (coding, media, voice, deep work). On mobile: connect through Telegram. With your Dojo desktop app running at home, you can stay fully connected from your phone - ask, guide, keep working while you’re away from the desk. So: desktop is the engine at home; Telegram is how you stay linked on the go. Coding or Multimedia
Video is great, is Dojo great at coding or just Multimedia creation? I am not a coder, but I have been using Claude Code a bit for stuff. I use ChatGPT online mainly.

Great question, Sara. Both - and coding is core, not a side dish. Dojo is built as a full workspace: it codes with you (edit, debug, ship), and it also does multimedia (image, video, voice), tutoring, and more in the same app. You’re in a good spot coming from ChatGPT + a bit of Claude Code. Difference is Dojo is less “chat in a browser” and more hands-on mentor in a real workspace - especially if you’re not a traditional coder. The point of Dojo is anyone can code / anyone can create.
