I work on building leaders up by instilling the core values that align with what people want to see in today's leaders. It's either one on one coaching or a workshop type of work that we do here, the rest is going to be out for free. The project is still in the beginning phase of development therefore I use most of what I've learned from my mentor mixed with a lot of personal experience to make a difference in my client's life. What I do best is breaking negative patterns down and providing an action plan for them to execute on.
