Hi! I’m Vale (sorry I’m just introducing myself, hope I’m not too late to catch up here 💜). I’m from Perú, and started solo traveling 4 years ago, when I felt I was living in a loop and needed to spark my dreams and reconnect with myself. I knew I needed to get outside my bubble and wanted to explore the world. Sold my things, put what fit in a suitcase, and found a remote job. Then cried like crazy after buying the first flight ticket 😂. It was scary thinking I was going to be all by myself out in the world, but it was far from it. Travelers and nomads are so open to connect with others. Inspired by this, I started Traveling My Way with a strong desire to bring these soft, authentic connections — as travelers do — back to the center. So now I host coffee chats with nomads and travelers around the world to learn about and share their stories: to inspire, support, and empower each other’s journeys. Seeing travel not just as taking a flight, or nomading just as living in different places, but all the things behind each flight: the motivation, the challenges, the wins, the fears, the inspiration, the projects, the connections, and so on. I must confess I haven’t experienced Coliving yet, but I’m so excited to do it. I’m happy to be part of this community and learn more .
