Assalamualaikum everyone Sleep log Slept at 1 am / woke up at 10 am Total sleep time - 9 hrs 10 am to 1 pm Fresh hua , ready hokar nashta kiya or thodi der ho phone chalaya, went outside for some work 1 pm to 4 pm Aaj thodi tabiyat kharab thi to dr. Ke paas gaya pr medicines laya or rest kiya , and had lunch with reels scrolling 4 pm to 5 pm Scripting and shooting 5 pm to 6 pm Chat par gaya fresh air lene or mind ko relaxed karaya 6 pm to 9 pm Went outside with friends and cycling kari 9 pm to 12 pm Ghar aakar rest kiya or khana khaya , or apni medicines lee , or jo video shoot kari use edit karne ke liye assets or materials find kare or isme hi kafi samay nikalgaya

Assalamualaikum and Sleep log Slept at 1 am / woke up at 9 am Total sleep time - 8 hrs 9 am to 11 am Fresh hokar , ready hua or nashta kiya 11 am - at college farewell party 2:30 pm - at home and had Lunch and take some rest 4 pm - complete my raw video 5:15 pm - offered asr namaz , and go for a walk 6:15 pm - offered maghrib namaz , and went to freind house 7:30 pm - watch some videos and enjoying snacks 8:30 pm - had dinner 9:15 pm to 11 pm - offered Isha namaz , and find content idea and ready script and assets

Assalamualaikum everyone Sleep log Slept at 2 am / woke up at 10:30 am Total sleep time - 8:30 hrs 10:30 am - fresh and ready 11 am - had breakfast 12 pm to 3 pm - edit a raw video,with 30 minutes rest 3 pm - had lunch 4 pm - again continued Editing 5:15 asr ki namaz padi , and go for walk 6:15 - maghrib ki namaz ada ki, had some milk 7 pm to 9 pm - went outside with friends 9 pm to 12 - complete the edit, had dinner, reels scrolling Namaz Tahajjud- no Fajr-no Zohar- no Asr- yes Maghrib- yes Isha- yes
