Work out done:)
After a fall down the stairs and 14 months of rehabilitation, I had to find a new job. Because I can no longer fully use my arms and hands, I became increasingly involved with AI and used my very last money to attend the AI bootcamp. Since jan 1st I am on my new job and responsible for digitalization in human resources. Because of my 'personal commitment' the pension fund is now paying for $ 5000 in further training as an AI manager - so that I can continue working for as long as possible:) And that's despite the fact that I have limited work capacity and cannot work full-time because I still need a lot of rest breaks and further rehab. AI allows me to make the best use of the little time I have!!! So happy, so grateful!

I was so happy about my job, which I have already lost again. I have received my certificate of competence using AI weich ist obligatory in Germany. But we also got a new CEO, -and this 40-year-old man, boss of 140 employees got anxious and decided: 'we do not need AI, we do not want AI, we want to work the traditional way. ' I lost my job within six weeks, but fortunately the pension fund didn't blame me for that. They are helping me find an AI-friendly employer! My old boss told me: 'Wish you to find something flourish for the rest of your life'. I was speechless to hear this at age 57! Rest of my life? I still have 10 year to work! My answer and my motivation: I will thrive into my new job while you are going to rot in the traditional way! Happy to be away from that circle and starving to find a new job quickly. Using the time meanwhile to improve my knowledge of AI.
Your success in life is directly tied to how quickly you face problems.
Not whether you have them. Not whether they’re fair. Just how fast you move toward them. Every time you deal with something right away, your capacity grows. You trust yourself more. You stop carrying the mental weight. You get stronger without even realizing it. Every time you delay, it gets heavier. It takes more energy. It starts to feel bigger than it actually is. Over time, that difference compounds. Solving small problems quickly builds confidence. Solving bigger ones consistently builds identity. And that capacity — the ability to handle hard things without hesitation — is what actually allows you to build something great. What’s one thing you know you need to face this week instead of pushing it off?

We had some handcrafters doing a poor job on our roof. We fought them in court last year, we won our case, but it doesn't help us because the company is insolvent. Now we are facing a damage of 180000 US$ with a rotten roof uncovered. How to handle it.
