Update, in case anyone else has the same issue. It was for sure acid reflux from the slowed gastric emptying of retatrutide combined with mk677 acid reflux. Made me sensitive to any acidic drinks, simple fix cut out mk677 for a few days and stop carbonated drinks. Also drink some baking soda and take a gaviscon

@Daniel Laidlaw Fair enough, most likely there is plates open in his spine at least. I find the test were they check your wrist to be pointless as wrist plates close very early. Most people can grow at later ages even when they think there growth is complete, they usually need more GH than MK677 though. Realistically height is very important in every part of modern life, I personally recommend taking the HGH and maximising the opportunity. I definitely regret not making the most of it when I had the chance.

@Dragomo Gaming I’m 20, if you’re starting this for height I recommend HGH however start with CJC DAC & MK677 for a few months. You may notice slight height changes if you’re plates close late, however any significant change only HGH will do that. I recommend starting on CJC DAC with MK677, that way you can become familiar with the sides and have personal experience with elevated growth hormone. A lot of things you can’t learn from the internet as sides/experiences are almost always based on the individual. I’m starting HGH in a few days as I was getting taller slowly however I’ve plateaued for the past 6 months, I might not get anymore height gains from it but I’ll never know until I try.
