Belize needs an MLS for accurate property valuation because it would provide reliable up to date market value data. It would gives buyers confidence that they are paying fair market value for the property and sellers can price their property competitively. Having access to a MLS would provide comparable property sales and listings to real estate professionals because they can produce more accurate property valuations based on actual market activities. It also support appraisers and lenders with comparable sales data.

To the end I really enjoyed tonight class. This activity tonight is really what I needed cause I've been approach by someone who came for vacation and was interested in land. Now I'm ready if that should happen again. Good job everybody.
