4 contributions to Enhance From Within-Hello Me
Tonight, I needed this reminder too
I'm having a difficult emotional moment right now. My thoughts feel heavy, my emotions are close to the surface, and honestly… I needed something to bring me back to myself. So I created this crystal grid. 🌿✨ Not because I expect the crystals to fix everything, but because I needed a physical reminder to pause, breathe, ground myself, and remember that this moment doesn't define me. Each crystal represents something I need right now: 🤎 Smoky Quartz — grounding & releasing what feels heavy 🖤 Onyx + Quartz — protection, strength & clarity 🖤 Black Kyanite — clearing & letting go 🌈 Labradorite — transformation & trusting the journey 💙 Blue Kyanite — alignment, balance & listening inward 💙 Lapis Lazuli — truth, inner wisdom & finding the courage to honor my voice 🤍 Selenite — peace, clarity & creating space for calm ❤️ Red Jasper — courage, stability & staying grounded ✨ Lemurian Quartz — reflection, inner wisdom & reconnecting with myself 🌞 Lemurian + Citrine — confidence, hope, growth & possibility. And as I sat with this grid, I realized: I don't always need to have the answers. Sometimes I just need to stop, breathe, and remind myself that I am still here. This difficult moment doesn't erase my progress. I can feel what I'm feeling without becoming it. I can be gentle with myself. I can listen to myself. I can take this one moment at a time. 🌿 My Reminder From Within: “I am allowed to have difficult moments. I am still worthy. I trust my inner wisdom. I honor what I feel, listen to what I need, and give myself permission to come back to myself—one breath at a time.” And if you're having a difficult emotional moment too… You don't have to figure everything out tonight. Just come back to yourself. 🤍 In love & light Monica 12 512 734 108 #EnhanceFromWithin #ReminderFromWithin #WhenLifeFeelsHeavy #CrystalHealing #SelfWorth

Is that what a crystal grid looks like? Interesting. It's beautiful btw. What purpose does a crystal grid serve? 🤔
Back To Beginning || Why Journal?
Why Journal? Because sometimes you need a place to hear yourself again. 🤍 For me, journaling became more than just putting words on paper. It became a safe space to release what I was carrying, slow down my thoughts, and be honest with myself without judgment. There were seasons when I felt disconnected from who I was. Journaling helped me start asking the questions I was avoiding: ✨ What am I really feeling? ✨ What do I need right now? ✨ What am I holding onto that I need to release? ✨ What would choosing myself look like today? Little by little, writing helped me recognize my patterns, reconnect with my worth, and begin changing what was happening within me. That’s a huge part of why I created Why Journal—because I want you to experience journaling as more than a blank page. I want it to become a tool for reconnecting with YOU. If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, stuck, or simply need a place to begin… Start with one page. You never know what you might discover when you finally give yourself permission to listen. Your journal doesn’t need perfect words. It just needs your truth. 🤍 👇 Start by joining the standard tier.

I love journaling. It's a piece of me that I feel I've lost since becoming a mom and going back to work. I've only journaled a few tines since but I know I will start again. Those are some good points of reflection. I particularly like "What am I holding onto that I need to release?" That's going to be my next prompt!
What Is Self-Love Language and Why It Matters
Just like people express and receive love differently in relationships, we also have unique ways we show love to ourselves. Your self-love language is the way you naturally feel cared for and valued by yourself. It might be through words of affirmation, acts of kindness, setting boundaries, or spending quality time alone. Recognizing your self-love language helps you meet your emotional needs more effectively. When you practice self-love in a way that resonates with you, it strengthens your mental health by: Reducing anxiety and negative self-talk Increasing self-confidence and emotional resilience Improving mood and motivation Enhancing your ability to cope with stress Self-love is not selfish. It is the foundation for healthy relationships and a balanced life. When you nurture yourself, you have more energy and compassion to give to others. Practical Tips to Embrace Self-Love Every Day Incorporating self-love into your daily routine doesn’t require drastic changes. Small, consistent actions can make a big difference. Here are some practical ways to honor your self-love language: Speak kindly to yourself. Replace harsh criticism with encouraging words. For example, say “I’m doing my best” instead of “I’m not good enough.” Create a self-care ritual. This could be a morning stretch, a cup of tea, or a few minutes of deep breathing. Choose activities that make you feel nurtured. Set boundaries. Learn to say NO to requests or situations that drain your energy or compromise your values. Protect your time and emotional space. Celebrate small wins. Acknowledge your efforts and achievements, no matter how minor they seem. This builds positive momentum. Spend time alone. Use solitude to recharge and connect with your thoughts and feelings without distractions. Try to identify which of these actions align best with how you feel loved and appreciated by yourself. Tailoring your self-love practices to your language makes them more meaningful and sustainable. Balancing Self-Care and Responsibilities

This has been a long process for me but very rewarding. Lately I've been working on boundaries. It's been a long and hard life lesson but very well worth it. Other parts of my self-love language are journaling and sitting in silence. Great post!
The Breath Anchor
Today I invite you to pause for a moment. Close your eyes and inhale for four counts, hold for four, and exhale for four. This simple rhythm acts as an anchor when self-doubt creeps in.
