Hey guys, I have started a software development agency in 2025. We will be building websites, apps and creative software solutions. But to get the foot in the door we are focusing on website development and then work our way up. But it has almost been a month and still struggling to find clients. We are targeting a specific niche but still no results. We are focusing on instagram DMs as our method of approach. As of now we are not automating DMs because we want to create personalized dms(not talking about only with their username), so they know that we want to provide value first and don't want to sell like every other in the market. Which is proving very effective right now because 8/10 clients are interested and like our way of approach. If they are interested then they don't want to change and update as they grow. But to get the foot in the door we are focusing on website development because we believe The website is the first impression of you and your service and then work our way up. The question is WHY? We started this…. There are many people who have been doing this. But when we saw what was actually happening in this field, we found “there is a big gap in the market”. The main problem was people who sell cheap have no strength, no brand and reputation. either they are very corporate structured or very saturated in terms of pricing and values which are very low. Why us? We are more focused on building quality products. We don't use page builders or prebuilt themes. we're founders, devs & marketers inspired by the new-gen creators. We don't have a fixed pricing structure because our client and project decides the pricing.The problem with fixed pricing structure is that not everyone wants the same feature and it is only fair to them that the price should be according to their needs and not what we want.
