Need honest feedback from people getting real inbound from YouTube for AI automation services.
I’m trying to figure out the best content strategy for the next 6 months. My services are: - Chatbots - Voice AI - WhatsApp automation - Websites - Conversational websites Basically I help businesses automate lead capture, follow-up, and conversion. My goal with YouTube is to generate inbound for: 1. My own agency 2. Future consulting / white-label / backend support My confusion is simple: What actually brings better inbound? Option 1: ROI / business content Examples: - what one missed call costs a business - why businesses lose leads after paying for ads - why instant response beats better marketing - why businesses need better systems, not more leads This seems like it brings fewer but better buyers. Option 2: Build / demo content Examples: - I built a Voice AI receptionist for a clinic - this chatbot qualifies leads automatically - inside a WhatsApp follow-up system - I built a conversational website that books calls This seems like it gets more inbound because people can see the system is real. My doubt is: - Does ROI content actually bring buyers? - Does build content bring real clients or mostly builders / copycats? - If you’ve tested both, what brought better inbound? - Business owners from ROI? - Agencies from builds? - Or did mixed content work best? If your goal was inbound for an AI automation agency in the next 6 months, what content mix would you run? More: - ROI / business - builds / demos - agency / operator content And in what ratio? Would love real answers from people who’ve actually tested this. Not theory.

I Need Real Guidance From People Who’ve Actually Built Agencies / Automation Businesses
I want genuine guidance from people who have actually built agencies or automation businesses. No hype replies please. I want to think clearly and make the right decisions. I started my automation journey in June 2025. I learned chatbots, workflows, and voice agents. I created content, tried outreach on LinkedIn, Facebook, and WhatsApp, and built lead magnets. But even after months of effort, I still don’t have a single proper client. I’m at a stage where I want to continue business, but I don’t want to keep repeating mistakes. I have a few serious questions, and I’d truly appreciate honest answers from people who’ve been through this: 1. Is it actually realistic to grow an automation agency today without already having a brand, money, or network? Or is most internet advice oversimplified? 2. Does being too broad really kill your business? How important is choosing ONE niche, and how do you know when you’ve picked the right one? 3. About real estate: I’ve heard most real estate businesses only care about lead generation and don’t value automation much. Is that true? Do they really not care about follow-up automation or workflow systems? 4. If lead generation sells easier, does it make more sense to start with lead gen first instead of automation? 5. Is it smarter to build long-term automation positioning even if it’s slower, or should someone in my situation focus on something that brings faster money first? 6. For people who were stuck for months or years with no clients and finally broke through – what actually changed for you? Niche, offer, positioning, or mindset? 7. If you were in my position right now, what would be your next 3 practical steps? I genuinely want clarity, not motivational keep going bro replies. I’m ready to work, but I want to move in the right direction with a realistic strategy. If you faced similar struggles and came out of it, I’d really value your perspective.

@Nermeen Nasim Really appreciate your honest and grounded perspective. I agree with a lot of what you said, especially about the hype vs reality, needing clarity on one industry, and the importance of credibility plus real testimonials instead of just theory.

Real Estate Leads Don’t Die… Slow Follow-Ups Do
Most real estate leads don’t disappear because they lack interest or budget. They disappear because follow-ups are slow, manual, and inconsistent. A motivated buyer submits a form → No instant response → CRM gets updated later → Momentum dies → Lead moves on That silent delay kills deals every single day. So I built an n8n-powered lead nurturing system that removes human delay and makes follow-up instant, structured, and intelligent. Here is how it works: → Lead is captured instantly → Data goes directly into the CRM → Personalized email is sent within seconds → Lead intent is analyzed automatically → Each lead is scored on urgency → Hot leads are highlighted for quick action → Cold leads are nurtured automatically → Opt-outs are handled safely No missed leads. No forgotten follow-ups. No chaos. Agents simply log in and clearly see who needs attention and why. Automation handles the speed. Agents handle the conversations and closings.
