That’s actually due to the interruption sensitivity (threshold) being set a bit too high on this public demo, so it occasionally picks up background breath/noise as a user cue and cuts itself off or jumps topics. We can easily fine-tune that threshold slider in the Vapi dashboard to match specific environment noises. Glad to hear you found the response speed fast, though!
