I'm a 17-year-old high school graduate from Nepal, and this is where my journey begins. I first got introduced to this whole “marketing agency” thing back in my sophomore year. I found it interesting, but I didn't really do anything with it at the time. Then, about two years later, I found out that one of my distant cousins, Ash Kharel (shoutout to him), had actually done this shit himself. Seeing someone I knew get involved in this world made the whole thing feel a little more real. I've never been much of an academic person, and I've always hated the thought of spending my life working a job I don't enjoy. I've always wanted to build something of my own, something that could eventually give me financial freedom. Over the years, I've tried a bunch of different things. I got into coding and hacking back in 8th grade. It was cool at the time, but I eventually lost interest. In 9th grade, I learned Japanese to a pretty decent level, just for the fun of it. Then, in 10th grade, I started making music, which has been my longest-lasting passion so far. I've always been the kind of person who gets interested in different things, explores them, and tries to figure things out along the way. But after finishing 12th grade, I knew I couldn't just keep jumping from one interest to another forever. I had to choose a direction and start taking my future seriously. And deep down, I'd always had this dream of building some kind of online income. So I started trying to sell Google Business Profile (GBP) services to roofers through cold DMs. I didn't get anywhere with it, but I was at least trying to make something happen. Then life threw something at me that I genuinely wasn't prepared for. I got diagnosed with borderline-severe scoliosis, a condition that causes the spine to curve abnormally. And honestly, it fucked me up mentally. I lost almost all the motivation I'd built up. I started feeling different from everyone else, like I was suddenly dealing with something that people my age didn't have to think about. I tried to act like I was chill about the whole thing, especially around my mom, because I didn't want her worrying about me even more.
