Do any one know how I can get leads for my instagram outeach. Like I'm just trying to outreach but the main peoblem is most of the leads i scrape already have a website. So do you guys know any great ways to get leads that dont already have a website. Please guys let me know. I'll be very thankfull to you guys.

I spent $15 to purchase 100 connects and used them to apply for 7 jobs. Out of those, only 2 proposals were viewed by clients, and 0 hired me. The funny thing is, none of the 7 clients ended up hiring anyone—they just posted the jobs and left them inactive. which shows it is not about winning proposal. Despite having a 5-star rating and great reviews from 5 previous clients, my applications didn’t lead to any results, and I feel like I wasted my money. What are your thoughts on this? Do you think it's worth buying more connects?
