I am starting a very important initiative that will need the help of those who wish to make real impacts where they matter the very most to nature-based faiths! ALWTA is The Ancestral Loom & World Tree Alliance! This initiative is designed to bring all of us together under a CAUSE! We are always going to be arguing with other religions that want to give us a bad name. But they wont have a thing to say when we stand together doing amazing things for the benefit of nature. Standing at the helm of stopping corporate clear-cutting, seeking protections for ancient trees, doing work to bring environmental awareness to local spiritual communities and that it is our most SACRED duty to begin pulling together! One of the things that makes these paths so difficult to really feel close to at times is because we have a lot of "gatekeepy" types, we have people who focus on insignificant differences and make others feel as though they need to be defensive of their own place in their path. They don't seek to teach, they seek to humiliate. They seek to hoard their members as if they are the only ones who should be teaching! And they don't reach out. They want everyone in their group but wont allow us to share our own group posts! It's all very "culty" and true spiritual autonomy should never feel that way! We have a lot of different views based on our own exoeriences of spirituality and what we grew up with! And that shouldn't be a problem! But even as we all seek that autonomy, many just want to say they don't think certain other people should practice or they think people shouldn't practice outside their own ancestral background. But the true picture can not be found in one or two or 10 different cultures. Oh no, it is part of them all! That is what is most important to understand about the wide worldview of Paganism. We are not obligated to exclude! We are also not obligated to include! We follow what calls to us! There are no set rules on how we gain knowledge as long as we seek it honestly!

Hey tribe, so as I've spoken about before, I'm out of work. This diagnosis has put me on a path of trying to survive financially while waiting to qualify for help in a country where the system is designed to slowly but surely kill us. I just paid up the account and will do what I can to keep this skool active! Bare with me as I navigate this difficult circumstance I find myself in. This may become my only means of small income, so I'm going to make sure it is worth what people will hopefully be willing to pay. The community will always remain free and open! My knowledge and time is all I want to be paid for when I set up advanced classes. But understand, I know what I'm teaching, I deeply research and pull from a lifetime of experience with the supernatural. Our credentials come simply from what you actually gain from our knowledge and experience. There is no course degree on being Pagan. The community currency is trust in those who teach. I take that absolutely to heart! I missed this community so much. I hope it will continue to grow and go with me through the trials and struggles I face in a live action battle for my life. The gods have been with me! I cant tell you how much they have pulled weight for me in this battle. My mom suddenly had a large amount of money in her food stamps she didn't even know she was getting. I would have had no way to feed my kids or manage my stupid dietary restrictions without this. The gods heard my call. I believe that. It was an absolutely unexpected blessing. This is the time when we get to know what is really going on. When we face insurmountable odds and out of no where, help comes. That isn't a coincidence. That's a miracle. And Pagans have believed in miracles for thousands of years. Never because they were written in scripture talking about someone who once existed to perform them. No, the living gods have been performing them all along! And the people of old could see that. When they put on their pendants and tattooed their skin, when they made their offerings and sacrifices, they saw real results! The gods didnt fail them if their cause was just.

Hey, I just wanted to give everyone an update on what is going on right now. I am currently in the hospital. I underwent surgery yesterday morning for a biopsy. Today, I may get to go home but I'm really not sure. Everything Changes even as they tell me one thing, things change and then the plans go on to something else. I guess that's the nature of hospitals. What I am dealing with is pretty nerve-wracking. There is a high likelihood that what I am facing is a type of lymphoma. Not what I imagined and certainly a stress-inducing thing but, I have the benefit of knowing that it is likely hereditary. And I also have my mom with me who has gone through this herself. She has been in remission for 10 years. So I have a lot of hope. Yes, it is scary and I am nervous. But I am also extremely tough and have been dealing with health problems most of my life. So this isn't really anything terribly new other than that it's just more severe. What this is going to give me however, is more of an opportunity to spend time doing things like this school. It will give me time to work on projects I've needed to do for a long time which I could not do because I was always working. I fully intend to use whatever comes my way to my advantage. And let me tell you where that comes from. The god Loki is known for taking a very unfortunate situation and turning it around to his advantage. He is the master of this! And as someone who deeply respects Loki and finds a kinship with him as someone who has always been an outcast, I feel that I will be able to utilize this skill as well. I think perhaps now more than ever, I'm going to be leaning on my faith in the gods, my ancestors, the spirits of the world, and my own inner fortitude. I will also be leaning on family and friends to keep me upbeat in times when I feel a little down. I am facing a lot of financial hardships but I'm going to continue paying for this subscription as it is really cheap. And I may utilize my skills to try to generate income in some way or another.
