⏰ 8 days out, did you onboard already?
Before Day 1, I recommend you to have a conversation with my AI twin, instructions here. It takes about 15 minutes and can already give you some great insights before the challenge even starts. It’s trained on everything I’ve learned about ADHD, identity and transformation, but the most important part is that it actually gets to know you. It asks you questions, listens to your answers and starts connecting dots that are really hard to see when you’re inside your own head. At the end, it creates your Personal Transformation Report. Basically, a reflection of how your brain works, the patterns and old beliefs that might still be running in the background, and who you are underneath coping and masks you might have built over the years. For some, it’s the first time they’ve seen themselves explained in a way that actually makes sense. Do it today if you can. Not because it’s going anywhere, but because we both know what “I’ll do it sometime this week” can turn into 😅 👉 Start here: ONBOARD When your report landed, come back and comment your biggest insights below. If you already did the onboarding (previously called ADHD Snapshot) also comment below what you remember from it. 💛 Jim

Just finished my ADHD Operating Manual and the pattern is finally clear: my bad days start early, the moment I override my own need for recovery to keep meeting everyone else's demands. My good days start when I protect my sleep and move my body. So my whole plan is two tiny promises: begin winding down at 9:30, and move for five minutes a day. Rule I'm keeping: never miss twice. First loop I'm closing in 24 hours is the air filter that's been living in my head for weeks.

Still doubting to join the next challenge? Read this.
@Martin Hunt had tried the diaries, the apps, the journaling, literally everything. Then day one happened: "In fact, after day one, where we're given some insights, I wept." @Heather Jensen came in burned out, convinced she had to fix that first before anything else could work. She found "a community of people who I don't have to explain myself to and I'd often mask around", and then the week went straight at the source of the burnout itself. @Richard Chambury, London, undiagnosed and stuck on an NHS waiting list: "It's the first time I have ever finished an online challenge like this." @Diana Domantay, 39, Tampa, single mom, diagnosed at 38, calls herself a lifelong researcher: "I stopped searching after completing the five day challenge. And for me, that's saying a lot." @Azmath Syed has been studying therapy since 2020 and joined skeptical: "Honestly, there's nothing else out there like this, at least none that I know of." @Judy Hamilton arrived with "I'm a good starter but I don't finish things." Now: "I'm starting to embrace my new code: I am a finisher." @Dario Costa, Italy, never even thought he had ADHD: one small event from his childhood, the kind you dismiss for decades, turned out to be running the way he works and lives. "This gave me a lot of very deep insight." @Tracy A Weiss is 66 and has worked with ADHD coaches for years: "I think I have learned more about myself than I could ever have hoped for." @Lynn Berry opened her own Reiki practice at 72. And there are hundreds more.... Then the sentence I hear most, word for word, from people who look nothing alike: "I've stopped being at war with myself." Not "I got more done this week." A different relationship with the person in the mirror. That's the level this challenge works on, and it's exactly why it sticks when nothing else did.

Challenge
The 5-Day Challenge is OPEN for FREE
⚠️ UPDATE - the challenge is now closed until we go live again on august 31. Read this one fully. It closes soon and might not come back free. Yep for real... the entire ADHD Harmony 5-Day Challenge is unlocked in the classroom. Every lesson, replay, exercise, plus your personal Harmony AI transformation report. Over 1,000 people have already gone through this. For some it was small shifts. For others it completely reinvented their life. And I keep getting messages from people who missed the last round. So instead of letting that door close, I'm opening it wide. This is for two kinds of people: 1. You're new here and you want a real starting point, not another productivity app 2. You've been in this community for weeks or months, kept meaning to start, and never did Either way, this is your moment. Here's what you'll actually walk through: 🐟 Day 1: The truth about your brain (you're not broken, you're a fish asked to climb trees) 🎭 Day 2: The invisible cage (the masks you wear, and who you really are underneath) 💻 Day 3: Rewriting your internal code (the limiting beliefs running in the background) 🌊 Day 4: The harmony reset (simple body protocols that genuinely change your days) 🧭 Day 5: What you're built for (your ikigai, plus your full AI transformation report) ✨ Day 6: The bonus day where everything comes together ⏳ The honest part: this stays open not for long. It may come back as a paid program. So if you've been telling yourself "I'll do it later," later is officially now. 20 days, then it's gone for a while. 🏆 NEW: Weekly leaderboard giveaway Every Friday I'm giving away up to $100 in community credits to the top 10 members on the 7-day leaderboard. How points work: you earn 1 point for every like on your posts, comments, and replies. So show up, share your wins from the challenge, support other people, and you climb. The best part: the leaderboard resets every 7 days. So even if you have 0 points right now, every single week is a brand new shot. First winners announced next Friday.
