Every single one of those payouts represents someone who decided to bet on themselves. Someone who said "screw it, I'm doing this"... Even when they were scared. Even when they failed the eval three times already. Even when everyone around them thought they were crazy for trying again. And then they actually DID it. They studied. They practiced.
