The SAVI Method: HOW we do WHAT we do
SAVI is a four-part framework used to build culture, guide daily decisions, and develop both teams and coaches over time. It is a way to think, teach, and lead. 💡 S — Simplicity Wins Simplicity is the foundation. Teams improve faster when expectations are clear and repeatable. Simplicity is not about doing less.It is about doing fewer things with more clarity. 💪 A — Adversity Strengthens Growth is not clean. Mistakes, tension, and resistance are part of the process. Adversity is not something to avoid. It is something to train through. Within SAVI, adversity is framed as information. How a team responds to mistakes matters more than the mistake itself. 🏆 V — Victory is Defined Outcomes are visible. The scoreboard already tells that story. If victory is only defined by wins and losses, coaches give up control of the process. SAVI reframes victory around daily behaviors and standards. 🎯 I — Identity Commits SAVI is not about what you run. It is about who you are becoming. Identity is the anchor. When values are clear, decisions are simpler. When commitment is full, growth accelerates. Identity determines consistency.
