I started posting (almost) daily short-form storytelling videos on September 18th. Here's my top-performer as an example: https://www.instagram.com/reel/DPe6lfrERF6/ Results so far: ~6,700 followers ~1.5 million views ~ 153,000 interactions I also set up a simple automation (thru Meta Business Suite) to auto-DM people who comment nice things (like "Great story") a quick message asking if they'd wanna sign up for my newsletter. Lesson for me: Rip the bandaid off and take 30 mins per day to post a new short-form video telling one of my stories. Tune out the noise and internal criticism and just go.

My newest YouTube video (long-form) is up to 8,659 views in the first 4 days My newest Instagram video (short-form) is up to 18,628 views in the first 24 hours But I don't feel excitement about results like this anymore. I'm more excited to share the next story. Inputs > outputs. Control the controllables. We can only control what we create – not how people react to it.
