How to deliver an AI operating system?
How do I practically deliver an AIOS? I want the experience to be good for the client (and stress free for myself), without the client running into any technical walls. Has anyone here built and sold an AIOS?

How do you deliver automations?
Once I get a client and they are ready to pay for the automation, how do I actually deliver them the automation? I'm very confused on this and would love some help, thank you!!

@Milan Cresso I plan on self hosting, what would I do in that case?
Looking for a mentor
I'm brand new to the automation space, and I am looking for a mentor to help me out. I'd love to have someone to answer any questions I have and who has experience in building and selling AI automations to businesses. If you're interested in helping me out, send me a DM!!!!
Before I continue learning.. I need an answer to an important question!!
I’m learning in the field, but honestly I have a question that I really need an answer to, because it might hold me back or even stop me from learning. Do I have to be fluent in English to work in this field? I can understand English quite well, and my level allows me to follow most things, but I’m not very fluent in speaking. Would this be a barrier for me?

Only in the actual sales part it might be, but I'm sure you'll be fine. If you're really worried about it, you can delegate the sales process to someone else and just do the backend stuff.
My own credentials or clients?
When I am selling an automation to a business, do I need to get there email, passwords, etc to set up credentials with their ow accounts in things like OpenAI, Twilio, Airtable, and Slack, or should I set up the workflow fully with my own credentials before I sell my automation? I just don't want to waste time putting in my own credentials if they shouldn't be in the workflow since I will be selling it.

@Martin Jerry what do you mean by test creds? Like using my own credentials (email, passwords, etc), to test the workflow, then once they buy use their creds?
