I made a VA on Vapi that connects to my n8n workflow. My VA has 3 vapi tools hooked up to it: getTime, checkAvailability, and bookApp. Vapi is calling to the webhook fine, but it is not retrieving any info, so the VA keeps saying there is an error when it responds to the user. Can anyone help me figure this out.
It would be fantastic is someone can tell me why my appointment booker can't check the availability correctly. It keeps booking appointments when the time slots are already taken and overlapping them. The SS below are my simple automation, my checkAvailability settings, and a section of the system prompt for my agent. If anyone has a solution it would be much appreciated
I made a workflow on n8n to check if there are available booking spots. It is always saying its available even when it's not and booking appointments at the same time. Has anyone had this problem or know how to fix it.
Wondering on how much I should sell my AI Assistant to dentist businesses that answers FAQ's and books appointments. I'm going to have a start up fee for $1,500(is that too much, too little?), and then a monthly retainer for the Maintenace like making tweaks and the fees for the numbers and subscriptions for $499/m. Let me know your thoughts.
@Chantal Kampijon I have not yet but I have been doing some research and found that these receptionist on average(depends on what they do obviousy) get paid 40k a year. That price is pretty cost effective. But you're right I should test it out and start asking prospects.
Just wondering if anyone uses synthflow to create voice assistants to book appointments and if the starter pack($25/m) is enough to start out and sell them to businesses?
