My aha moment from today's class was realizing that the only thing standing between me and writing a book was believing in myself. It's always been a dream of mine, and now I truly believe it's an accomplishment I can achieve. I hope to write a meaningful book that leaves a lasting impact, inspires change, and helps people break unhealthy learned behaviors.
