Kundalini
When the cerebrospinal fluid/ kundalini energy is brought up through the sympathetic nervous system, lunar and solar where it unites and can be felt at the base of the navel. Creating what feels like an electrical knot within the forehead. This is done through intent and consciously breathing through the nose. This activates the pineal gland, then competent exploration of the spirit world can begin. You learn through ascending your kundalini energy up your spine and your pineal gland starts pulsating.
