My Architect Commitment
My Architect Commitment is to focus on the Lens of opportunity. In my next game, my only goal is to apply the 'Dual Operator Mindset’ and be accurate when running our game structure, but also look for key moments and hunt for an opportunity to create something off the cuff.

Yeah just keep watching games and reading the pictures, and things start to open up for you
Welcome! Introduce yourself + share a pic of your workspace 🎉
This is the heart of our community. It's the clubhouse, the training pitch, and the changing room all in one. This is the place for: - Asking any and all questions about rugby tactics and mindset. - Starting debates about a game you watched over the weekend. - Sharing interesting articles, videos, or insights you've found. There are no "stupid" questions here. The only stupid question is the one you don't ask. The more you give to The Huddle, the more you'll get back. Your First Mission: Ask one question you've always wanted to know the answer to about the game.

Awesome mate, don't underestimate the basics
Dual Operator Architect
In my last game I felt I managed to play very well using the 'Dual Operator Mindset’. Especially when it came to driving our structure, but also taking a few opportunities in the game to create something out of nothing. It was also helpful playing the game like a 78-minute game. Where I deliberately tried to use the dual mindset in the 78-minutes I was off-the-ball, then executing the skillset with confidence for the 2-minutes with the ball

Great to have you here mate
What should we build next ? (I want your input)
My only goal here is to build a club that gives you exactly what you need to get better. To do that, I need to know what's on your mind. Your input is super important for where we go next. I have two simple questions for you: 1. What is the #1 thing you want me to create a new module or course on ? (e.g., a specific position, clip breakdown, leadership, nutrition, etc.) 2. For the classrooms, would you prefer it video based, text based or a combination of both ? That's it. No idea is too small or too "stupid." Drop your thoughts in the comments below. Let's build this thing together.

1.As a 10/15 I would be interested in a module or course that teaches how to properly watch and analyse a game. (E.g., what process do you go through or what aspects are you looking for when you’re breaking down a match). As well as this, I believe a module or course on communication would also be very beneficial. Especially as a 10, but also for all positions, comms is one of the most important parts of rugby, and by comms I don’t just mean talking but both verbal and non-verbal communication (e.g. pointing/gestures/body language). So a resource that can help teach pretty much how you should talk/dialogue/communicate with your teammates would be highly valuable. 2. For the classrooms, I believe a combination of both video and text based would best. Maybe have the theory then a video following it showing that particular topic/skillset/tactic take place in real life. I’m a visual learner so the more videos the better.
