Hmm, normally I start with doing hand, wrist exercise then I do 10+min range, then TDM 1 or 2 depend on my aim, then I start to play compi. One more things is I easily get frustrated when my teammates start to throwing, and I think I have issue with when to peak?should I wait for teammates? Am I confident ?kinda and I always find when ever Im close to rank up my opponent are just higher rank or kinda surmf ? What should I do ?
