If the deal is not in writing then there is no evidence that a deal was made in the first place. A proper contract documents the agreement made. This can be taken to court as a legal document thereby protecting the commissions of the agent and the interest of the client.

This pass week has been full. Taking on this course I am out of my comfort zone since everything is new to me but I am determine to succeed not only for me but for my girls!
