Historic Moments!
Our journey in Taekwon-Do can lead us to many unforgettable moments! In this photo, taken in 2024, we were honoured to sit down with Madame Choi( General Choi’s Widow) and her son, President Choi. I have some profound memories over the last decade plus have the honour of visiting with the Mother Taekwon-Do in her home. Master Demers, Master Reid and myself have the privilege of being the only ITF members to visit her and spend time listening to history and intimate details of the founders journey and experiences while developing Taekwon-Do……. Mind blowing!

The development of discipline in the Dojang
What principles do Instructors and Teachers employ to create a good learning environment? Discipline is one of the many principles that separate those who are successful in its many degrees and those who always seem to have struggles and challenges. Though we all have challenges to some degree, our ability to deal with them is tied to our level of discipline, which is like a muscle that needs exercise. We will have a drastically more difficult life experience without the ability to be disciplined in our endeavours. This is the major determining factor is the Black Belt statistic; 1% of all who begun training Taekwon-Do will reach 1st Dan! I’m we all have experienced this phenomena, think back to all the students you trained with on your journey and how many quit for a variety of circumstances….🤔 DISCIPLINE MUST BE DEVELOPED! So it may be used when needed….

Some food for thought on ways we can be affected unknowingly by different depressants....🤔
Great Moments thanks Founder, thanks g. Choi
Taekwon. One of my great moments: When I competed in matsogi up to 63 kilograms, I had the greatest success in wirok. In the old video you can see my fellow finalists. All of them were much more advanced in weight than me and some had been practicing tk-d for longer than me. They were mostly from Prague. This national video from the championship of the whole Czech Republic is just a short clip from two rounds. Back then, the competition was in two rounds. The best four from the first round advanced to the four-member final. I managed to win, and that was twice. You had to prove your qualities twice to win the gold medal. Uff. TaeKwon-Do trained me to such precision and perfect explosiveness that thanks to the right technique I could be living proof of General Choi's idea ... F=m.a ... Plus great correct and precise TaeKwon-Do technique. It was and will always be necessary and necessary for the formula of strength. I hope you can watch the video. Thank you for the dedicated memory :-) . Thank you dear Mr. TaeKwon-Do/Founder g. Choi 👏 Miroslav Sykora
