Hunter used to get soooo excited when he saw these or muntjacks running and could barely control his excitement. But now I have trained both boys that all the things I don't want them to chase like hares, rabbits I say "just babies" Of course they are still alert and interested but they are more inclined to watch rather than pull me off my feet. But this morning there was 🦌Doe with two little babies and it was so lovely to see them play and for the boys to not be excited and vocal and just watch them as they disappeared off into the woods.
