it's summer, so: play♡
this month, i want us to feel.. spacious. after being offline for 8+ weeks (and counting LOL), i think i can speak for all driven + ambitious women: we forget to play; we forget how it feels to be pleasured; we ignore watering the spaciousness inside of us, and we forget that there's life outside of a google calendar, and that there's worth in doing absolutely nothing and eating a double scoop gelato for lunch. i find that powerful women can sometimes fall into this trap of forgetting about this because we're just used to being "rewarded" for being useful + productive, so here are 4 small ways for you to incorporate play: (there are things i practice for myself, and i know you'll love it) ♡ plan + budget ONE fun day / month. a playful experience doesn't have to be expensive. don't stack this with an errand, or try to optomize your schedule. it can be as simple as *finally* going to that art gallery, and then hitting that $1 oyster happy hour. perhaps, prepping a delicious sandwich, treating yourself to an overpriced coffee and taking it all to the beach. ♡ take a day trip or a weekend away, and leave your work behind. leave it behind. nothing will happen. let your spirit, heart, and brain wander if necessary. ♡ adopt that hobby that you've been thinking about and stick to it! have fun. pass the time. laugh. get lost in learning a new skill. ♡ the most important imho, create more analog moments a la.. leave your phone at home, write your grocery list on a piece of paper, read a book outside, take a long walk without anything in your ears.. if your motivation is to become the woman of your dreams, then... BE her. x

life update: grieving & may events together♡
Hello gorgeous, GORGEOUS women of The Regulation Room. How are YOU?? Like, really, how are you?? Life has been.. strange and hectic... this month and I've had to take a step back from being online. Currently, we're navigating chronic (and scary) health issues with a family member. This person has needed my attention, care, time, presence and devotion. Additionally, we just lost a family member over the weekend. It's been A LOT and I'm doing my best to show up for our sweet, little community. As someone who does healing and mentorship work, it feels strange to admit and share something this personal but I know this is a safe space and I figure -- what better way to mobilize healing than to be of service, amidst all. With that being said, the calendar just got an update for our May Jailbreak Call and an Unfiltered Call. No trainings this month, but I'd love to see you inside group mentorship and community hour to socialize and catch up with me. Also. I'd love to ask you to send prayers, joy, healing and loving energy to my family at this time. Love you babes, thanks a bunch and see you this weekend. x

Come to Unfiltered tomorrow, 5pm PST. I came up with the concept of Unfiltered as I was actively participating in a space, feeling like I had to remain small, soft spoken and soft. It's the worst feeling to stop yourself from expressing freely, and realize how self-abandoning that is. Ergo, Unfiltered was born. COME SAY THE THING YOU NEED TO SAY. No recording. Just us. <3
