🌙 Overnight Oat & Chia Pudding 🍍🥭🥥🫐
with Mango Sauce, Tropical Fruits & Coconut Flakes 🥣 Base (Overnight Oats & Chia) - ½ cup rolled oats - 1–2 tbsp chia seeds - ¾ cup plant milk (or water, as preferred) - 1 tbsp peanut butter 🥜 - 1–2 tsp agave syrup (to taste) - A splash of coconut cream 🥥 - A pinch of cinnamon - A drop of vanilla Method: Mix everything well in a bowl or jar until creamy and combined. Cover and place in the fridge overnight (or at least 4 hours). 🥭 Mango Sauce - 1 ripe mango - A splash of water or plant milk (optional, for blending) Method: Blend mango until smooth and saucy. Keep it fresh and simple ✨ 🫐 Fruit Topping - Blueberries - Mango chunks - Pineapple - Banana slices 🌴 To Finish - Coconut flakes (sprinkled on top) 🌺 Assembly 1. Spoon the overnight oat & chia pudding into a bowl or jar 2. Add a generous layer of mango sauce 3. Top with fresh fruits 4. Finish with coconut flakes 5. Optional: extra drizzle of agave or a little more peanut butter if desired

I have been trying to go raw for 20 years now.😳 Since menopause I have really been struggling! I have gained 65 pounds and can’t seem to stick to a plan! But, I am here and not giving up!🙏🏻💗

This is a beautiful video!💗 Today is my first day! I am super excited!🥰 I had a large smoothie that I brought to work. I had half for breakfast and half for lunch. It included 7 bananas, orange juice and 4 dates. I have some persimmons if I get hungry and I made a big salad for when I get home for dinner! My only glitch is weaning off of coffee. I am doing 1 cup in the morning this week. Then, on Saturday I will got with 1/2 a cup. I am a teacher, so I can’t deal with a headache during the week.🙏🏻❤️🙏🏻
