Im a little frustrated with myself. Every time I try to meditate or do anything really my inner monologue won’t SHUT UP! No matter what im doing I can hear myself just talking in my mind about the most random stuff and it blocks me from focusing on the task at hand. Everyone I try to push it to the side i cant.
