Your Team Is Not the Problem — Your Systems Might Be
One of the biggest things leadership has taught me is this: Most organizations do not need more motivation. They need stronger leadership systems. Over the years I have watched incredible employees burn out inside organizations where: - communication was unclear - accountability was inconsistent - managers were overwhelmed - systems were reactive instead of intentional - leadership was operating in survival mode The problem usually was not that people did not care. Most people cared deeply. But motivation alone cannot fix broken systems. At some point organizations need: ✔ Clear communication ✔ Leadership development ✔ Operational structure ✔ Consistent expectations ✔ Accountability systems ✔ Sustainable workflows Strong leadership is not just inspiring people to work harder. It is creating environments where people are actually supported enough to succeed. Some of the most important leadership work is not flashy. It is: - rebuilding trust - improving communication - addressing difficult issues - creating clarity - building systems that reduce chaos instead of adding to it That is the kind of leadership work that changes organizations long term. What do you think organizations are struggling with most right now: People problems… or systems problems?

Summer Energy Without Summer Distraction
Summer has a way of making everyone want to slow down a little — longer evenings, nicer weather, vacations, projects around the house, kids out of school, and about 500 other distractions pulling at your attention. And honestly? That’s normal. But this is also the season where a lot of businesses quietly lose momentum. The leaders who stay consistent through summer are usually the ones who build the strongest momentum heading into fall. That doesn’t mean working 24/7. It means staying intentional. A few reminders for the summer season: - Keep your routines simple - Focus on the highest-impact tasks - Don’t abandon systems because schedules change - Protect your calendar from becoming chaos - Use the extra energy of summer to build, not drift You do not need to sprint all summer long. It just need to avoid fully disconnecting from your goals. Small consistent action through the summer months can create massive momentum by the end of the year. Stay focused. Stay balanced. Keep building. ☀️

@Sarah Weideman This is a really important reminder honestly 👏 A lot of people completely lose momentum during summer without realizing how much consistency during these months compounds later 💯 Balanced consistency > disappearing completely 👊☀️

@Sarah Weideman 😂 I can imagine honestly Alaskan summers probably make it hard to stay indoors behind a screen all day 💯 But with your mindset and structure already in place, I’m sure you’ll still keep solid momentum going this summer 👊☀️
Your Habits Decide Your Direction
Motivation might get you started… But your habits determine where you end up. What you do daily matters more than what you do occasionally. Small habits repeated consistently create big results over time. Protect your routines. Protect your focus. What’s one habit that’s helping you grow right now?

Doing Business the Right Way Matters
The last couple weeks reminded me of something important: business isn’t just about growth, marketing, numbers, or strategy. At the end of the day, it’s about people, integrity, and doing what’s right even when it’s inconvenient, uncomfortable, or costs you something. I had to step away for a bit to focus on my family, safety, and some real-life situations that needed my full attention. It wasn’t ideal timing, but sometimes leadership means knowing when to pause, protect your people, and handle things the right way instead of just pushing through for appearances. One thing I’ll always stand behind is building businesses and communities rooted in honesty, accountability, and respect for others. Success means very little if you lose yourself getting there. I’m grateful for this community and for the people here who understand that real leadership isn’t about pretending everything is perfect — it’s about continuing to move forward with integrity. I’m back, working on new classes and content, and excited for what’s ahead. Thanks for being here. 💙

Respect for this honestly 👏 A lot of people only talk about growth and success, but real leadership also means knowing when to step back, protect what matters, and handle things with integrity 👊 Glad things are moving forward again, and excited to see the new content you’ll be putting out 🔥

@Sarah Weideman Damn 😭 stay safe over there honestly 🙏 At least the storm gives you a valid excuse to pause the recordings for a bit 😂 Hope everything settles down soon on your end 👊
Stop Waiting For Permission
No one is coming to tell you you’re ready. No one is going to give you the perfect moment. You either decide to start… or you stay where you are. Take ownership. Make the move. Figure it out along the way. What’s something you’ve been waiting to start?

@Sarah Weideman That’s understandable honestly 👊 Sometimes the thing that gives stability can also pull energy away from the thing you actually want to grow 💯 At least you’re aware of it now, and that’s usually the first step toward making a shift 🔥
