My ideal customers are creatives who, on top of wanting to learn how to put their art into video games, want to learn how to do it within in a team of others with their own roles - or how to start their own team. For finding them, there are many subreddit and Discord groups I could put out messages. I also attend some local events in the space, so I could ask some acquaintances too

My plan to get a group together to build something is to... - Finish my prototype - Create a plan for a game I'd like others to try building - Create a flyer or social media post asking for volunteers (or to trade help!) - Schedule an introduction meeting that works for everyone - Provide setup instructions and some training, then build stuff with the others!
