Welcome to Inner Alignment, I'm so glad you're here. This community is about aligning your nervous system and aligning your life. With the resources available you will watch your life shift and calm become your dominant state of being. Within this community positivity, encouragement and togetherness is the core belief. When we are together in our journey of alignment, we bring all who interact closer to their own path. Collective consciousness, intention, and manifestation is real, so we are all on this path together. Walking eachother home in this beautiful experience of life. Reach out to others and genuinely interact because that is one of the core values of a community; the community itself, duh! You never know how much someone can positively impact you, or you can positively impact them! I am excited for us all to be on this journey of alignment and discovery, much love. Feel free to reach out to me with any questions, or just to talk in general! -Brooks

@Alli Battaglia World’s colliding!! Hello from a fellow bridgeworker and divine blueprinter 😁. Awesome seeing you on tiktok then coming in here to see you in this community, just a testament to how interlinked we all are as a community. All the best!
Meditation - The Proper Way
I like to start my day with breathwork and meditation. My meditations were largely ineffective until I started infusing them with intention Sit cross legged, or in a relaxed position; Close your eyes and bring your awareness to between your eyebrows. You can do this by actually pointing your eyes there while they're closed; Then think of a time you felt deep gratitude. Think of a meal, or a time with your family that was just amazing, everything seemed to be in perfect harmony. Sit with it for as long as possible. What happens after this is the marvel of the law of attraction. Other memories of deep gratitude will surface in your mind, things that evoked a similar feeling. The Law of Attraction is a mental law first, meaning what you think will attract like thoughts. Sit in this gratitude for as long as possible. When a negative or doubtful thought comes, push it away and think back to that first thought you had that evoked gratitude, do not let any negativity linger. Meditation is about gratitude, so meditate with all that you are grateful for. I'd love to hear some of your guys' favorite meditation techniques!

Somatic Release
Breathwork is a huge part of the practice. Being aware of your body is important because emotions are stored in the body. Through somatic(sounds based) practice we can release stressful tension, emotion, and thought. If you had a good experience with a practice in physical/somatic release share it here!

Love this, I’ve been doing this breathing practice most mornings by this guy on YouTube called Breathe With Sandy. It’s 3 rounds of a pranayama style to wake up the energy system. I have nothing but positive things to say about it and would love to know what anyone who’s curious thinks about it! I’ll link it below: https://youtu.be/xiGxfqYXeV4?si=VmzqASrOMtk-KO1J

inspired idea :000
You Fun Idea, While Watching your Theta explanation, Had a cool idea on what you brought up, which is something I personally be needing/wanting to do. Creating our own self hypnosis videos, Dope to see you have the audio to back it, but in like a activity is to write out our own affirmations congruent with our individual goals, just food for thought.
