Magick is a living, breathing discipline, and today we are going to make that literal. Most of the time, our breathing is automatic—it just keeps our physical bodies running. But as students of the Great Work, we can use our Will to "impregnate" the air we breathe with a specific Idea. Today’s Task: Pick one positive intention you want to embody today (e.g., "Absolute Calm," "Success," or "Vitality"). Whenever you have a spare moment—waiting for coffee, sitting at your desk, or walking to your car—perform the Conscious Impregnation: 1. Visualize: Imagine the space around you is filled with your chosen intention in the form of a brilliant Golden Light. 2. Inhale: Breathe in that "Idea" rather than just air. Feel it sinking into your lungs and entering your bloodstream. 3. Anchor: As you exhale normally, know that the physical air leaves, but the "Idea" remains anchored in your blood and spirit. 4. Believe: Feel an absolute certainty that this quality is already part of you. By doing this, you aren't just thinking about a change; you are chemically and spiritually displacing old, negative frequencies with the vibration of your Will. 👇 Comment below: What "Idea" are you breathing in today? I've always been drawn to the occult and a higher understanding than what is found in exoteric religion and mundane life. I have long felt called called to explore the hidden mysteries of life, the soul, the divine, and to complete The Great Work in this incarnation. I'm following a traditional Golden Dawn path and hope to gain additional insights from the teachings here, as well as meeting like minded people. If anyone has advice on a GD lodge or group in Northern California, please let me know. My interests include the Western Mystery Tradition, Hermeticism, Kabbalah, Rosicrucianism, mysticism of all paths, Vedanta, Taoism, qi gong, magic in general (ceremonial, ritual, practical, grimoires, etc), synthesis and integration of different occult philosophies and schools, NDEs, the afterlife, psychic phenomenon ... to name a few. Originally, I set up courses to become available as members level up. You level up here by posting and liking comments in the Community section. But there are not enough comments yet to really allow that kind of ranking system. So (at least for now) all non-premium courses are unlocked after being a member for a certain amount of days. After 28 days, all free courses will be open to members. I hope that you all are able to find something of value in the newly opened courses. Also, once you complete a course, please make sure to check it off as complete. This helps me know when I might need to start writing more material. If it looks like no one is completing anything, I will be less motivated to write new courses. And as always, post suggestions and criticisms here anytime. I appreciate honest feedback.
