(If your monthly expenses are way below $10k a month, it will likely be way faster.) Look... I remember. I was working 60 to 70 hours a week SELLING my time to an employer. It was TOUGH to commit to one hour a day. I got up at 4 a.m. to MAKE SURE I got my hour in. It's not a small commitment. I am glad I made the commitment. I remember watching my son graduate from high school... It was memorable for me because I MISSED so many of his birthdays, school events and such because I had NOT figured out my RENTAL MODEL and only knew a SALES MODEL. Which meant my BOSS owned my TIME! I was THEIR RENTAL MODEL. They got to attend EVERY ONE of their two kids' events... But... I could NOT get the "time off" approved by them for my son's important days. Eric graduated in 2006... I'd given my boss the middle finger award in February of that year. And I KNEW I would 100% be attending his graduation LIVE and IN PERSON! Committing to ONE HOUR a day took me 2-ish years... But... I didn't understand the RENTAL MODEL of income VERSUS the SALES MODEL of income. I tried several "sales model" businesses. "Flipping" items/services and such. It didn't work (at first) because I had to start over at $0 every single month. And I'm NOT talking about a SUBSCRIPTION business. Subscriptions are just ONE MONETIZATION path of a RENTAL MODEL of income. (We'll jam on that more later.) But... 👀What I want to know right now? Is... 👉Are you with me? To... Like…for the Cash Rich Community Owners we aim to be ASAP: 👉 Should we pay off our home? 👉 Should we rent? 👉 Where should we invest our surplus money? 👉 Now that I don’t need fifty-eleven million dollars to retire, how much should I have for emergencies? 👉 When should we payoff debt? Should we have debt? Etc Soooo… Are these topics “hot” or “not” for you?

YOU don't need to be the expert! All you need is the VISION of the MOVEMENT! But dude? What exactly is a movement? It is a CHANGE you want to see in the world... ...even if the change is SMALL In fact... a SMALL MOVEMENT feels doable! (I'm not against big missions, but I like to start with small ones first.) A SMALL MOVEMENT = CHANGE + DIFFERENT + DESIRABLE OUTCOME Something must be done DIFFERENTLY and the OUTCOME must be DESIRABLE to people. Now... You might be thinking? "Damn, Sago! Is that all? 😀How in the heck do I come up with that? It sounds easier to dump a bunch of content into my community!" I feel ya. I'm going to make this MUCH SIMPLER for you. This will be a huge advantage. Do ya know why? NOBODY wants to share "more content", but they do want to share a MOVEMENT that is different and has a desirable outcome for people they care about. This helps your community GROW all by itself. It also means you can BRING IN experts, content and ALL the things you need for a community WITHOUT needing to do it YOURSELF! They WANT to be part of a MOVEMENT! So... Let's break this baby down and make it simple. This has worked super well for me. Take an OUTCOME you KNOW other people WANT... Find out WHAT THEY HATE about "how to get there" and make your movement about a DIFFERENT PATH TO GET THERE... Using one or more of the following OUTCOME MODIFIERS: Who, What, When, Where, Why and/or How Let me use an example from one of our Flames: @Jeff Teegarden He is a truck driver. I also know he wants to make an income off the road. So the outcome = income That is a "mission" because it's a goal and tangible. Now we need to turn it into a MOVEMENT: 🚚Who? We can change the WHO. In this case, TRUCK DRIVERS would be Spock logical. A community for Truck Drivers who want to create income off the road sounds pretty good to me. ...EVEN IF that was the only modifier. Now... Jeff doesn't NEED TO KNOW HOW or EVEN HAVE DONE IT HIMSELF.

I don’t want to wait until I’m old and dragging my ballz behind me in a walker to start living!! If you want $10,000 per month… The trad FIRE gurus will tell you to scrimp and save for a decade (or two) to save up $3 million and pull out 4% a year. ($120,000) What could go wrong?😑 Even if you make it… I don’t know about you? But I don’t want to wait 20 years. Call me impatient! I also don’t want to scrimp by. And you know WHY? 3 mill isn’t as cool when my ballz drag along behind me in my walker! Chicks don’t dig it! 😂 I want to live now! …while I’ve got my swagger! LIVING well is the goal. Now… Community F.I.R.E. Isn’t about sacrificing today so we can live in 2045. It’s about living fully in the moment and PRODUCING something - a community - that other people want/need so much that they’d invest $100 a month and feel like it’s a bargain. Producing a community and putting in 100 members at $100 a month produces $10,000 a month - so we can do what we want, when we want and with whom we want before our ballz or boobs make rude appearances! It can be done in a FRACTION of the time someone can save up $3,000,000 unless your last name is Kardashian or Bezos:-) But hold on to your undies… Monthly subscriptions are only ONE way to monetize. There are a dozen OTHER ways. (Topics for another day.) The coolest part… The part that “hangs” everybody up… Is YOU don’t NEED to be the EXPERT! 👉 You are PRODUCING the community and putting the RIGHT people in and have the VISION about the MISSION or the MOVEMENT the community stands for! A community doesn’t exist because of great content! That’d be like saying a town exists because the newspaper is so good! Does that make sense? Right now… With AI and all the “bad news”… People NEED purpose, mission or a movement to be a part of in 2025…NOT more content. I’m not against great content and delivering insights… I’m just saying it’s NOT what makes a thriving community! (Or excited to invest $100 a month.)
