But I caught myself and used a reframe: “I easily handle whatever comes my way.” That one thought helped me shift my energy, reset my mind, and move forward instead of spiraling. Just wanted to share the reminder to reframe how you speak to yourself. Your inner voice is powerful, so protect it. What’s up everyone — I’m Trav from Long Island, NY. I joined this group to sharpen my mindset, become a stronger public speaker, and surround myself with people who think in abundance — not limits. I believe proximity and standards change everything. Biggest Goals: • Build the systems to close a multifamily deal every 3–6 months • 12 months: 150 units and working on a 75+ unit third deal • 24 months: Double that, create true time + geographic freedom • Transition from my W-2 (Lendio) without financial stress • Start a family with Jasmine from a place of stability, not pressure I’m focused on structure, discipline, and long-term wealth.
