Mine's a numbers one. I rewrote my community's About page a couple weeks back, went from generic "join our community" language to naming the exact person it's for and the exact before-and-after. Growth went from about 1 new member a week to almost 6 a week, same audience, same content, just a sharper promise on the front door. The lesson that actually surprised me: I assumed my problem was traffic. It wasn't. It was that nobody landing on the page could tell in five seconds whether it was for them. Fixed the words before touching anything else, and the numbers moved before I changed a single ad or post. Anyone else find that the thing you thought was a growth problem turned out to be a clarity problem?
