Who will be on the line up? Thats the biggest thing. If this is show you are hosting in your city who is the biggest artist that isnt too far out of reach. Each artist should "bring" their own crowd. Finding a venue/location in a prime location, that is accessible to majority. What is their incentive to RSVP? Discounted ticket price, drink voucher, merchandise, section? Why should anyone RSVP

@Maron Smith Yes I definitely think you should have other acts too. Also pick a venue that is small enough to show impact of a sold out event as well.

Instagram Reels BIG PROBLEM
Hey team, I have been uploading insta reels around twice a day but when I see the insights, it only goes to my followers. I even used a trending audio to see if that would change anything. It didn't, it just went to 2 non-followers. Does anyone know what's going on? It's frustrating when you have to create content to grow, I enjoy making it, but it's discouraging when it feels like It's purposefully being stunted out the gate. I attached scrns to show whats going on with my reels, vs what used to happen when i posted (19k views almost all to non-followers) Any insight will be appreciated. http://instagram.com/susubeachboy

When I checked this out around the time you posted the biggest thing I noticed is that you used a trending sound. I would recommend doing that as well to increase with engagement like that, especially to get buy in for your current creation style. Love how you're building your content tho.
