Hello, I live in Minnesota where at the moment to cold to work outside do stuck inside. Looking for something to keep me moving. On the 19th of Jan it will be my 3 year anniversary from death. I had 2 massive heat attacks on that day with doctors bringing me back 3 times. Now I try to keep moving.

I'm a 54 year old female. I had 3 back surgies in one year followed by a massive heart attack and another back surgery. Very excited for this.
