Dream a New Dream
As fall approaches and the weather changes it starts to feel natural to access the year and what you have experienced, accomplished and to start to measure yourself against your hopes, wishes and dreams you may have set out to experience. This is the time we usually start to get down upon ourselves for not doing or accomplishing enough or we double down and try to squeeze something out just to mark it off a list. We may start to feel the heaviness of a pressure or a sadness of what has yet to come into our lives. I am grateful to these feelings and have learned to embrace and allow myself to feel them without judging myself. I now know these feelings are a wakeup call that something is ready to fade away and something that ignites me is waiting to be discovered. Yet in the past when I tried to avoid these feelings or questioned if something was wrong with me I failed to see I was prolonging something I was ready to end and something that was waiting to be born within me was not given space to emerge. I discovered this by chance on day of feeling sorry for myself, low energy, pain, and unmotivated. I took a bath and let myself just be. As I went within my mind and body took me on an awareness journey of what I no longer felt passionate about or you could say what I had experienced all that I needed to experience. Now all that was left was for me to go through that experience and find what I learned. What I liked, what I did not, what I would do the same, what I would change and do differently. To feel and find my gratitude for all I was able to participate in, the expansion and sometimes the contraction. These all are great lessons to be reviewed. I found the gratitude for people who were part of the journey. And yes even the ones who at the time irritated me or frustrated me. For I have learned that each of them have something for me to learn about myself. I learned that we all are more alike than different in how we feel, what life requires of us and all trying to find connection, acceptance and love. I have learned to look at how I cope with all these things and to look at how others cope as well. To see underneath it all we are all hear having a human experience in a body we all have no idea exactly how it functions completely and sometimes run a muck and fall back to times we were very young and protecting ourselves. So I look at anger and yelling as a coping strategy. I look at avoidance as a coping strategy. We all have coping strategies and we all at times fall into them when pushed past our comfort zone. I now try to look to others to help me see and evaluate where I may need a reminder of my own coping strategies that do not bring connection, acceptance or a loving approach. For everyone who I get to interact with everyday thank you for being my mirror.

What have you been using to navigate?
Imagine that somewhere inside you is a map. Not a map someone handed you all at once. A map that has been gathering reference points throughout your life. Every experience. Every memory. Everything you have felt. Everything you have seen. Everything you have come to believe about yourself, other people, and the world around you. But here is something I have been curious about lately: Do you know where all of your reference points came from? Some may have come from your own lived experience. Some may have come from something painful. Some may have been created while you were simply trying to survive, protect yourself, belong, or make sense of something you didn't yet understand. And some may not have begun with your experience at all. Maybe someone told you: People can't be trusted. You have to work hard to be successful. Don't be selfish. Family comes first. You should always finish what you start. You need to be careful. That's just how life works. Maybe it came from a parent. A teacher. A relationship. A religion. A culture. A book. An expert. Or simply something enough people around you agreed was true that eventually it became a reference point on your map. And then you kept navigating from it. Not because you consciously chose it. Not because it is necessarily wrong. Maybe you've simply never stopped to look at it. That is the part I find fascinating. What happens when we pause long enough to look at the reference points we've been using to navigate? Not to erase them. Not to judge the person we were when they were created. Not even to decide immediately whether they're still true. Just to become curious. Where did this come from? What did I experience that made this meaningful to me? Is this something I know through my own experience—or something I learned to believe? Is this reference point still relevant to the life I am experiencing today? Maybe that's one of the places wisdom begins. Not simply because we had the experience. But because we finally gave ourselves enough of a pause to reflect upon what the experience has shown us.

Your Natural Rhythm
Have you ever reached the end of the day feeling exhausted, even though it seemed like everyone else still had energy left? Or wondered why something that looks effortless for one person feels like an uphill climb for you? For many of us, exhaustion doesn't come from doing too much. It comes from trying to move through life in a rhythm that was never meant to be ours. We've been taught that there is one "right" way to work, create, rest, and contribute. So we push harder, compare ourselves to others, and wonder why life feels so full of resistance. But what if the answer isn't to push more? What if the answer is to discover the rhythm you were designed to move in? In this week's video, I introduce the idea of Your Natural Rhythm—and why living in alignment with it can create more ease, reduce unnecessary resistance, and leave you with more energy for the things that truly matter. I'd love to hear anything this stirs in you after watching. Where in your life do you notice the most resistance or exhaustion? Do you think it could be a sign that you've been trying to live in someone else's rhythm? 👇 Watch the video and join the conversation below. Next week we'll begin exploring the different natural rhythms of the five explorers and how each one contributes to the expedition in its own unique way.

How You Walk Your Path
Every explorer eventually discovers something important: It isn't enough to know you're an explorer. It isn't enough to know what's in your pack. You also need to understand how you naturally move through the world. Some people learn through experience. Some learn through observation. Some are here to build relationships. Some are here to investigate deeply before taking the next step. Many of us spend years comparing our journey to someone else's and wondering why life feels harder than it should. What if there was nothing wrong with your path? What if you were simply designed to walk it differently? In this week's video, we explore How You Walk Your Path and why understanding your natural style of exploration can bring more ease, trust, and self-acceptance to the journey. 🎥 Watch the video below. Then share in the comments: Have you ever felt pressure to walk someone else's path instead of your own?

The Explorer's Pack: Everything You Need Is Already With You
Every explorer carries a pack. Not because they might need it someday—but because it already contains what they need for the journey. This week's reflection explores the Explorer's Pack and why life becomes lighter when we begin recognizing what we've been carrying all along. 🎒 What's one strength, gift, or quality you've discovered about yourself over the years?

I will share my gift of Enthusiasm and the depth to know I can try anything. When I simplify this it boils done to a spirit of trying something new and unknown. I have learned I do not have to have all the details or prior knowledge of how something will transpire, or what I might face. All I need is to use all the skills and talents I have cultivated throughout my life and meet them in participation. Each time I do I surprise myself and my confidence grows. My Enthusiasm for life blooms and I trust in myself.
