🧠 Your Brain Is Always Listening — Even to the Things You Say as a Joke
Have you ever caught yourself saying: “I’m terrible with money.” “I’ve always been an anxious person.” “I have no self-control.” “I’m just not confident.” We often say these things casually, but when the same message is repeated over and over, it can start becoming part of the story we believe about ourselves. And once something becomes part of your identity, your behavior often follows. If you believe “I have no discipline,” skipping the workout feels consistent with who you are. But change the internal story to “I’m becoming someone who keeps promises to myself,” and suddenly taking that small action reinforces a completely different identity. This is one of the ideas behind Human Reprogram. Instead of constantly reinforcing the person you used to be, intentionally expose your mind to messages that represent the person you're becoming. And that's where repetition matters. It's also why music can be such a powerful vehicle. A melody can replay in your head hours after the music stops. When the lyrics carry positive, intentional messages, you're giving your mind something worth repeating. Be careful what you repeatedly tell yourself. Your inner dialogue eventually becomes familiar. And what becomes familiar can start to feel like who you are. 🧠🎶 What's one old statement about yourself you'd like to stop repeating?

Oh mine is “I don’t know enough to trust it” ! Loops and loops around and around and then I find I am researching and researching instead of getting validation from putting it into practice. When I catch my self I just snap my fingers and say “I already know enough to take the next steps” it’s only early days but I do find I am not deep diving into things as much now and just “trusting I know “ I believe my melodic affirmations have been playing a big part in this too with the “trust & confidence in myself” 😉😁

Pure Tones
Does anyone have any 'best practices' for using the Pure Tones? I'm rather new to this, and I'm struggling to know if the best use of these tones is to simply have them on in the background, during a meditation, or what? They seem a little 'grating/annoying' to me(LOL), but like I said, I'm new to this modality. Thanks in advance for any insight/input!

@Brad Thurber I struggled with the tones alone initially and then decided to just play before my feet touch the floor in the morning and now it’s my go to most mornings while I brush my teeth I will play a pure frequency and I have certainly adjusted to them. I play the melodic affirmations all the time and some mornings I find myself singing them as I awake without even having them playing. 😁😉
Your brain has one job: prove you right.
If you keep telling yourself... "I'm always tired." "I'll never change." "I'm just an anxious person." ...your brain starts looking for evidence to support those beliefs. But here's the exciting part: The same thing happens with empowering thoughts. When you repeatedly feed your mind messages like... ✨ "I am disciplined." ✨ "I make healthy choices naturally." ✨ "I deserve abundance." ✨ "I am becoming the person I want to be." ...your brain begins searching for evidence to make those statements true, while your habits slowly start aligning with that identity. Now add music into the equation. Think about how easily a song gets stuck in your head. Lyrics replay without you even trying. That's because music has a unique way of bypassing resistance and embedding itself into your memory. That's exactly why we created melodic affirmations. Instead of repeating positive statements that can feel forced, they're woven into music your brain actually enjoys listening to. Over time, you're replacing old mental programming with healthier, more empowering patterns. You become what you repeatedly consume. 💬 What's one belief about yourself you're actively trying to rewrite?

I have love, courage and a sprinkle of magic everything always works out for me. This has been mine for over a year and it has definitely helped me in a few “situations” 😉
Your brain has one job: prove you right. 🧠
Whether you're thinking: "Nothing ever works out for me..." or... "Something amazing is going to happen today." ...your brain immediately starts looking for evidence to support that belief. Psychologists call this confirmation bias. Your brain naturally notices, remembers, and gives more attention to information that matches what you already expect. If you wake up expecting problems, you'll probably notice every inconvenience. If you wake up expecting opportunities, kindness, growth, and abundance, you'll begin noticing things that were always there—but you were previously filtering out. Tomorrow morning, before you even get out of bed, try this: ✨ "Something amazing is going to happen to me today." Then pay attention. You might be surprised by how differently your day unfolds when your mind starts looking for what's possible instead of what's wrong. What you repeatedly focus on becomes the lens through which you experience your life. ❤️

This is so true. Beginning of the week had an unexpected urgent operation and instead of doom and gloom thinking. I just kept saying this is routine and will turn out better than expected. Sure enough, not everything explained in pre-op ended up being fulfilled and a quicker than expected recovery. ❤️‍🩹 “Training” hubby now. Hehehe
