Yesterday I spent pretty much all day building. Working on the 30 Day Growth Sprint. And I spent very little time engaging. In fact, I have several communities where I can promote Skool Homeroom... but there's days that I'm so busy building something that I never get around to actually doing it. And the community that drives the most traffic? I procrastinated on writing my weekly post for it until the last minute. And the results from the post that went out today really shows it. It went out this morning and... crickets. No new members. Hardly any likes or comments. That's what happens when building wins over growing. There's always something to create. A system to set up. A resource to finish. A post to write. But none of it matters if nobody's showing up. So here's my question for you 👇 Are you spending more time building than growing?
